Our "uncured" all beef franks are naturally preserved with a proprietary blend of celery juice and spices, curing them without the "cure" for those who prefer nitrate-free preparations. All Niman Ranch products are also gluten-free. Fearless franks are perfect for the kids or for those occassions where a great steak is inappropriate.
